Can't open new launcher

I can't start game, I reinstalled minecraft several times, also i reinstalled java and deleted old versions of it.
Error occured also on old launcher and first digits of it's name were: "-07"
or something like that.
When I am opening new launcher and starting game, there shows error message(attachment)
