Wrong text encoding in error details

When I tried to launch MC, an internal error has occured.
It seems localized strings (error description) are not formated correctly in the error description field. Launcher is set to Czech language.

Error text:

It's displayed "Byl u�in�n pokus na��st program v nespr�vn�m form�tu", but it should be "Byl učiněn pokus načíst program v nesprávném formátu".
