Launcher not showing link to open crash report when closing log before crash

Affected version: 2.0.777-stage (Windows)

The bug

The launcher won't show the "View crash report" (crash.open_log) link when you close the log before the crash occurs.

How to reproduce

1. Enable "Open output log when the game starts" in the settings
2. Start a profile
3. Close for example while being in the main menu the log
4. Cause Minecraft to crash, for example by manullay triggering a crash (holding F3 + C for about 10 seconds)
   → The crash message in the launcher does not contain a link to open the crash report
