View crash report link is not working

The bug

After Minecraft crashed a message and a link with the text "View crash report" (crash.open_log) appear. However, this link does not open the crash report file when clicked on.

Additionally the following was logged in the launcher_log.txt file, which might be related:

AL lib: (EE) alc_cleanup: 1 device not closed - Die Syntax f𲠤en Dateinamen, Verzeichnisnamen oder die Datentr娥rbezeichnung ist falsch

The line "AL lib: (EE) alc_cleanup: 1 device not closed" is not part of the crash-report, but was apparently logged directly after the crash, so maybe this is the cause of this bug since usually the last line of the crash report contains the file path.
