Keeps crashing?

Alright I have just tried to get on minecraft, and I see the new launcher. When I tried to play the first couple of times it wouldn't download the minecraft version, and now whenever I press play this comes up: http://prntscr.com/e63j33

P.S. Sorry if you already had this problem reported, and I'm just repeating other people :|
