Game will not Launch

Started the Launcher and Surprise!!! All new look... Ok cool... Nope.
Pressed play Launcher Crashed... Ok cool restart the computer...Start the launcher again and get the same thing everyone else is getting... the prepairing bar that does nothing but sit there. close the launcher and start it up again crashes again

What I expected to happen was...:
The game to start as normal

What actually happened was...:
Nothing thats the issue

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Launcher
2. Press Play
3. that's it
