MinecraftDev - too small window

On picture one you can see that the Login and the other button is not visible. I have to extend the window, and that's really annoying. On picture two you can see that the Play and the Log out buttons is not full vivible (It's actually not so important, but the launcher will look much better).

This is an "i-landsproblem"
