Launcher does not write Minecraft version JSON files pretty-printed

Affected version: 2.0.757 (Windows)

The bug

Minecraft version JSON files are not formatted anymore once the launcher read them and wrote its content again.

How to reproduce

1. Download https://s3.amazonaws.com/Minecraft.Download/versions/1.11.2/1.11.2.json
2. Open it with a text editor
   → The file is formatted with line breaks and indentation
3. Open the launcher and start a 1.11.2 profile
4. Open the JSON version file again
   → The content of the file is all in one line
