Black Screen & "HTTP 500: Internal Server Error"

Launched and the program updated to the latest version. Now it just shows a black screen on the launcher. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Restarted the computer, checked for registry errors, DLL errors, read the forums, tried fixes there. below is the error I am getting. thousands of hours lost. i do have the saves folder on an external hard drive to reload but I need a viable program to run it. Any suggestions?
