I tried to play the game, and launch it fresh installed with nothing tampering with it. I keep on getting error code -1073740791 and the game returns to the launcher

I tried to open the game minecraft after not playing for some time, and now, after a fresh install, and even repair to my minecraft files, the game refuses to launch, I hit play on the launcher, only for it to crash and return the launcher.
