[MCL-5367] "Unable to save download" - "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process" (caused by Antivirus software)

Whenever I run any version of Minecraft in the New Minecraft Launcher Version (2.0.729) It says "Unable to save download" I've tried everything Re-Installing Minecraft Repairing It but nothing works
