The window for the launcher is smaller that it should be and when i try to expand it the text will remain small

While still usable the text is very hard to read. I cant make the text bigger even if i stretch the window. The profile editor is still its normal size. I suspect the issue might be caused by my screen's resolution which is 3840 x 2160 at 60hz. I suspect this because i had another lenovo yoga 710 running the launcher just fine but the screen it had was at 1080p.
