Error to download a Minecraft version

Hi I'm Argentinian, I have this problem for a long time ago, but in the Launcher 2.0.464-stage I was notified of the error:

In the previous versions of the launcher I was having the same problem. I know it isn't the only archive that have an error. Apparently the problem is with my internet conection (1mb), because I try to download in other house with 4mb and I can. There are highlight that in the previous versions of the launcher I can play, but for something reason without sound, It should be for the incomplete archives? I don't know.
If you don't solve the problem or can't, at least give me a way to download all of the archives in a .rar so I can play. Thanks. Write in english is complicated to me, It took me 1 hour xD
