Every time I Press Multiplayer or Play a world in minecraft it always crashes

So Everytime I launch Minecraft its good working fine but When I Open Up Multiplayer or even play a world My Minecraft Crashes

What I Expected to happen was it would play a world it shouldn't crashed it would work smoothly.

What Actually Happen Was It Crashed Everytime I pressed the Multiplayer or Even Play a world

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Minecraft Launcher
2.Click Play, Wait For it to load
3.Click Multiplayer then it crashes or if you want single player You Press Singleplayer Create a world then it crashes.
