Minecraft Launcher not Opening with Java 7 Update 25 Installed

What I expected to happen was:
The Minecraft Launcher to run.

What actually happened was:
Nothing appears... not even an error message.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Java 7 Update 25
2. Run Minecraft Launcher
3. Nothing happens...
