[MCL-5053] In the new minecraft launcher, it won't let me download the latest snapshot! It just says unable to download. ar

In the new minecraft launcher, it won't let me download the latest snapshot! It just says unable to download. ar_sa.lang. Please Help!

*What I expected to happen was for the launcher to download the new snapshot.
I thought the launcher was going to download and load snapshot 14w43a.

*What actually happened was it failed to download.
The launcher failed to download snapshot 14w43a.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the new launcher.
2. Choose latest snapshot.
3. Hit the play button.
