Can't log in Minecraft.

When im trying log in on Minecraft, It says: An error prevented your request processing. Try again. And i cant log in on Minecraft Launcher too, because it says: (SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target) and I cant connect on servers and says Please make sure that you are online and that Minecraft is not blocked, so, im online and MC is not blocked. Is this bug or somethng?
