Auto-jump block glitch

What I expected to happen was...:

So whenever I mine a block in the middle of a "three block line" i start jumping which is very annoying. I can't stand still and mine at the same block becacuse its jumping all the time.

1. mine three blocks in a vertical direction.
2.Then break the middle block.
3. walk forward then you will jump up.

(This is on 1.10.2 but it would fill in on "affected versions" so ;/
