EVerytime I try to load Minecraft is crashes immeadiatly

when i try to load Minecraft in 1.8.9 it crashes straight away without showing the Mojang loader.
What I expected to happen was for it to load:

What actually happened was it crashed without loading at all.:
Describe what happened here

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the launcher in 1..8.9
2. Click 'Play Game'
3. Wait for the laucher to come back with the Crash Report
