Skin Glitch

Hello, about 3 weeks ago I encountered a problem with my Minecraft launcher log. It was white and blank. The update notes are gone. Then about 2 weeks later my skin got changed to a Steve. I reset me skin man times and uploaded new skins. I have found out that it's the player side skin glitch. Is there a way to fix it? I am really getting mad because I like going on servers and playing with people who have skins. It makes it very hard for me to play.
Also I am playing on 1.10. I changed my verision but nothing happened.
