Game Has Crashed

It keeps saying that the game crashed yet i have friends who were logging in at the same time and it didn't say the game crashed for them!!! I am very angry about this and just want to play the game. How can i fix this problem i have already tried unistaling it and reinstalling it and that still didnt fix the problem.
