Witty Comment "Would you like a cupcake?" never appears

Although i experienced more than 300 crashes, i never saw "Would you like a cupcape?" , but it's listed on the official minecraft wiki crash article. Is this a bug, or is this just a one-in-a-millon very unlikely event?
