Its a water bug

What I expected to happen was...:
That the water infront of me, or the block i pressed with a bucket, it would go into the bucket.

What actually happened was...:
Intstead it just, gives me an air pocket, that last 0,2 secs

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You get a bucket
2. ... you press the block infront of you
3. ... then you should get an air pocket.
