Minecraft save folder name corruption

When I set my game folder to my "Saved Games" folder (in profile settings) and I save it, everything is working. But after reopening or restarting PC, name usually corrupts to something like "Sav?d? Games". When I click play without changing name back, button changes to "Launching" but nothing more appears. In Launcher Log, last lines are :

[14:05:08 ERROR]: Aborting launch; couldn't create game directory

I think that this is because in Slovak, my game folder is named "Uložené Hry", so launcher might not be compatible with ž and é letters. I can't change directory name, because it's Windows directory and Windows won't let me rename it. I can move my Minecraft game folder, but I want to have everything there and organised. As I see, any game which I have doesn't have any problems with this folder name.
