minecraft 1.9 versions crashes when going mulyiplayer

What I expected to happen was when going multiplayer to play...:
Describe what you thought should happen here going in the server

What actually happened was...: crashes in versions 1.9
Describe what happened here just crash giving me error.
Tried with older java increased java memory no result.
