Launcher Not Rendering Properly

Recently, the launcher started rendering improperly as you can see in the attached screenshot. This occurs when I click the drop down profiles box and never fixes until I restart the launcher.

I have reinstalled the launcher, installed it in the default directory and tricked it using batch commands to install in a custom directory and have tried wiping launcher profiles.

From what I know, no updates to anything occurred when the problem began and it has continued for about 2-3 months now.
