broken chunks

when i first log in server/world, it's all fine. if i disconnect and reconnect, or go in any diffrent server/world chunks start to glitch out and change how i look around, it shows one chunk everywhere, in place of other chunks and then they change into another chunk(it works fine if i completly turn off minecraft and start it again, but it's one-time-use again)

what i expected was to chunks stay where they should even if i go out of the server/world and go back in
i think it should be perfectly fine, without crazy chunks ''dancing'' around when i look around or move around

*What actually happend was that chunks break

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go in any world in singleplayer or multiplayer
2. disconnect
3. go in any other or same world in singleplayer or multiplayer
4. you have glitched out chinks
