Minecraft Launcher Settings Window Goes Black

So, when I go to create or even edit my profile settings I get a semi-black screen that looks like this (Listed Below). I've noticed this happens to both the .msi launcher and the non-install launcher. I've tried resetting all my program files, but still gets this weird semi-black screen.
