Not launching

This is A bug: The launcher Does not launch Minecraft 1.9

What I expected to happen was That 1.9 Will Run Smoothly.

What actually happened was That The Launcher Did not Launch 1.9.

How the bug was Triggered:
1. Open the Minecraft Launcher.
2. Choose A profile That Launches 1.9.
3. Press "Play".
