My Twitch Won't Work Because It Says "Unable to load libraries needed for the intergrated Twitch broadcasting service"

What I expected to happen was...:
That after I linked my Twitch account to Minecraft I would be able to livestream/broadcast so I can get a bigger fan base/community

What actually happened was...:
Before I linked it it said " Unable to load the libraries needed for the integrated Twitch Broadcasting Service then I watched Youtube videos to try and fixed it nothing helped so than I linked my account to Twitch in hope it will fix but it said the exact same thing so I reported it to you guys in hope for a fix
