Super Secret Settings Ain't working no matter what I do

I went on to mulitplayer servers to try my super secret settings

My super secret settings does not work no matter how many times I pressed it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to minecraft
2. Go to settings
3. Try to press super secret settings
4. Fail miserably and cry myself to sleep because nothing happens.
