Minecraft Crashing Frequently

When I try to go on server.alliednations.org or any other server it shows
Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException:java.lang.Array IndexOutOfBoundsException: 781894
It works on singleplayer but not on multiplayer
