If start launcher, then enter email and password this error show:

Minecraft Launcher:

• Sorry, but we couldn't connect to our servers.
  Please make sure that you are online and that Minecraft is not blocked.
  (SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out)

ATLauncher:

• Cannot contact authentication server
