My laucher is stuck on the "Loading..." bar

The problem I'm facing is the "Loading..." bar at the launcher, It gets stuff on that screen and when I try to change versions nothing is there expect "use latest version" I've tried restarting my cpu, restarting the Wi-Fi, and deleting and re-downloading Minecraft and I still have the issue. Please help
