crashing every 5 minutes

I just bought this game about a month ago and I'm unable to fully enjoy it. It crashes 5 minutes into game play. I would really hope to continue playing Minecraft I do enjoy the Xbox 360 version but I've grown to like this one a lot better. So please fix the problem if you can thank you.
