Snapshot Versions mixed up and missing

In the MCL, under profile editor > version, only the last snapshot for each week are displayed.

What I expected to happen was...:
Every snapshot to be displayed. I can't play on anything higher than 15w39b due to a minidump error, and I don't want to have the MC-88824 bug, but 15w39b is not available. However it is available on my second PC.

What actually happened was...:

Steps to Reproduce:
I don't have any steps to reproduce as I logged on one day and it was like this. I have done a complete uninstall/reinstall (with deleting .minecraft and registry keys), and it is still the same.
