Minecraft Launcher crashes on OSX 10.10.5 if parental controls is enabled with application limits

Launcher crashes at start-up on OSX 10.10.5 when run from an account with parental controls enabled with application limiting enabled. Launcher (and Minecraft 1.8.8) run fine on other accounts. If application limiting is turned off then the launcher (and Minecraft 1.8.8) run fine. Pasting crash report since JIRA won't let me attach it:
