Potion Colors Not Accurate

15w39c Incorrect Effect Colors

Potion Colors and Tipped Arrow Colors should be correct.

Many Potions have incorrect/missing colors. Same has happened for Effect Arrows. My best guess is this is the result of giving potions ability to mix colors when effects are mixed.
