It always crashes when i launch 1.8.8 or any other version

Like I said it always crashes whenever I launch every version.

So I downloaded every bug tracker for windows 10 and they did not work that well for me.But some other people have there's working.Like my friend Meeti2oo4 download nothing and he's on Windows 10 and got the launcher to work,For some reason.
