Invalid credentials Bug

Hello when i wanted to play some minecraft i wanted to log in but i coulnt so i chanced the password and tried again but still it dint work first i thought a hacker hackt me but i think it isnt true i talked with a friend and he said that its a bug i searched it up but i coulnt find it how to fix it so could you guys help me i tried the payment problems page to where you need to fill everything in but i dont know whats my ID so thats why im here so please help me with fixing this bug
