Game Crashing

Hello there! For the past few days everytime I log onto a sever/Singleplayer on minecraft I dc and I have to reset minecraft. This is what it told me:
\Users\Zakros\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\hs_err_pid6452.log
Any idea how to fix it? : /
