Couldn't Connect to servers

Every time i try to sign into my minecraft account it says "sorry couldn't connect to our servers. Please make sure you are online and minecraft is not blocked.

I tried signing in many times but its the same thing every time. I have been trying to fix this for about a year and i couldn't fix it i even tried to look up the problem it seems no one is having this problem but me.

Please help me if you could!
