Launcher login saying Minecraft blocked

I double click into Minecraft and it comes up with with the account login, and I write the correct email and the correct password and click enter, it loads for about 15 seconds and then it pops up with

Make sure you are online and your Minecraft is not blocked

And Iv'e uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft and Java but it keeps on popping up with that message.Iv'e looked on youtube and google,and it took me four viruses but I have cleard them.I just went to Mojang Support because I dont know any more things to try.
I'm sorry if I have wasted your time but I think this is a big problem lots of people come across.
