Launch error - Failed to create temporary file for jnidispatch library: java.io.IOException: Access is denied

My PC was running like crap so I installed and ran a bunch of software to help resolve the slowness. (AVG 2015, Malwarebytes, Wise Registry Cleaner, AVG PC Tuneup). My PC now runs better however now I can no longer launch Minecraft.

Launch Error:

Cannot launch Minecraft due to error: Exception in thread "main" java.lang.Error: Failed to create temporary file for jnidispatch library: java.io.IOException: Access is denied

I've attached the launcher log file and the Game Output message.

Please help!
