Will not Activiate

It Will Not log in no matter what

What I expected to happen was...:
it would simply log into minecraft so I could play

What actually happened was...:
it said "(SocketException: Unrecognized Windows Sockets error: 87: create)" (also sometimes says NULL%/?NULL at the end sometimes)

Steps to Reproduce:
Sadly I have NO IDEA why this happens
