i cant play.

when I click play it opens fine etc but as I get into a game lobby ( multiplayer ) I will see my hand fine for a few seconds it will freeze then my log report will come up with a load of code alien language and its really confusing as the game starts up just fine then bam all of a sudden it crashes and its rather irritating, it mentions in the log that I don't have minidumps enabled and I don't have the faintest ide how to enable them! it also doesn't work in single player but when I try in single player it comes up saying se binary has stopped working! please help!
