System says it is blocked or internet connection

I bought a card this morning to try and log in and play mindcraft. It is a brand new account and I downloaded it fine. Then when I get to actual Mindcraft log in, it says error 10106:create. I am connected to the internet and nothing is blocked in my system. What do I do? I tried reinstal too
