[MCL-3266] Downloading issues

So when i go to download minecraft 1.8 and higher I get extremely weird bugs.

1. It says the version is ready to play but still CONSTANTLY downloads that version every time I press play!

2. After an hour of letting the game download it opens and come up with a weird logo at the top

3. Then I go on to a world have no sound whatsoever with the game on full and the sound command center with minecraft on full

4, Finally I have no skin I redownloaded my skin to my player doesn't work I either get steve or the new girl skin.

Things I have down to fix the problem

1. Downloaded Minecraft Again With Deleting .Minecraft

2. Used a friends .minecraft already downloaded

3. Tried a different computer

4. Tried mods/opening devices like curse

NOTHING HAS WORKED AND IT STILL DOWNLOADS CONSTANTLY I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND I NEED HELP PLEASE
