Block placement is too fast on mac

Blocks are being placed to rapidly

Block placement tad bit slower
The block placement is going to fast so when you place a block it can place 2
was placing a block and it doubled it and it is getting really annoying

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Place multiple blocks in a row
2. Wait for you to accidently place on out of place
3. Theres the bug
