i spawned on my world and i spawned in the clouds and now cant get back down

when i entered my survival word on minecraft pe, i immediately died, so i respawned but the same thing happened over and over again! i turned my ipod off and turned it on again but this time when i opened up my world i was stuck in the clouds! i had none of my stuff, everything when from my inventory and all my armour had disappeared! all i can do is move about in the clouds, i tried to dig but my arm didnt even move and when i double cicked on the jump button just to check if i was flying it didnt do anything. there is nothing below me just like when you dig to bedrock and dig to the very end of the world it looks blank blue. please help me as i have got lots of stuff on my world and i am very happy with it.
